Lava Stuck On Top Of Lamp

250 grams of flour
150 grams of butter
80 grams of sugar
Almond 20 gr powder
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 egg yolk
1 pinch Sal
Black Chocolate 200 g
2 tablespoons cream

Put in a bowl sifted flour, almond powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and butter cut into small cubes. Work the mixture with the fingertips so as not to overheat the butter and get a pastry.

Add the egg yolk and mix it up a little ball of dough into a smooth and homogeneous. We cover the ball with plastic wrap and let stand to cool for one hour.

Preheat oven to 180 ยบ C.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, to leave with a thickness of 0.3 cm (the recipe said 0.5 cm I think it's too thick). Cut cookies using a round fluted pastry cutter. We put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

When we cut off all, we put the trays to the refrigerator 15 minutes to cool the cookies. Remove from water and with the help of a stick decorated with small holes, making lines across the surface.

The we put in the oven for 10 minutes or so, until well browned. After baking, let cool on the a grid.

Melt chocolate with cream bath. With the help of a teaspoon chocolate extend from the center of each cookie, being careful not to overflow. Let cool a bit and put another cookie on top, pressing a little and let cool completely.

This recipe is from the blog " Bell Peppers" and since the published have not stopped to try. I have to admit that they are not like the originals, but are delicious and I recommend that probeis.

are very easy to make and hold up very well stored in airtight container. We can surprise the family and friends offering these cookies, but soon I do not know what we will leave for purchase ... ... .. jajajaa
