Posted by Picasa

And I'm still with my friends the greens ¡¡¡¡¡

This time I bring a Calzone.
The Calzone is nothing more than a pizza pie shaped
.
To avoid repeating with the greens, this time I added a minced meat
.
I hope you like it.

INGREDIENTS:

sourdough :

400 grs. flour.
20 grs. bakers yeast.
180 ml. water.
1 / 2 teaspoon salt.
4 tablespoons softened butter.

Filling:

Chard.
1 onion.
2 cloves garlic.
1 pinch of salt.
fresh mushrooms.

Tomato Mincemeat Fried .. Paprika
.
olive oil.

PREPARATION:

sourdough :

All ingredients should be at room temperature.

Sift flour into a bowl and make a hole in the center. Crumble the yeast
finger in the hole.
Add warm water, salt, butter
and mix until the dough, let rise
covered with a cloth. Pass
20 meters and started to knead until
see that the mass is compact and homogeneous
.
We again let rise until it has doubled its volume
again.

Filling:

Chop the onion and garlic very thin,
heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion
the garlic until transparent,
seasoned with salt and add mushrooms, sauté until
see that they are almost ready and add the minced meat
,
turn to add salt and when we see that the meat is golden brown
we add tomato sauce,
wait a few seconds and our sauce is ready.

Now take the dough and stretch it give you the shape of two rectangles
very finely,
will one of the two rectangles on a baking dish,
and cover it with our sauce and
cover with finely chopped Swiss chard, season them and cast
a trickle of oil over the greens.
(Swiss chard I have put in
crude when we cover the remaining half of dough,
be cooked perfectly and not lose their property)
now proceed to cover the Calzone with
other rectangle of dough and press the edges of the dough,
Paint with paprika and oil, and we
at 180 º C about 30 mts.

We have our Calzone.

Happy Tuesday kiss and a tod @ s .
